Josh Stabach graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Diagnostic Genetic Sciences and holds an ASCP certification in cytogenetics. He brings more than 17 years of experience in clinical genetics, scientific research, and laboratory operations, including managing and developing research laboratories from the ground up.
Since joining ARES Scientific in 2023, Josh has combined his scientific background with expertise in digital marketing, sales strategy, and artificial intelligence. As Digital Strategy and AI Lead, he spearheads the development and implementation of AI-powered business systems, including intelligent product-selection tools, sales automation, CRM integrations, and digital infrastructure. He also leads initiatives in AI governance, marketing analytics, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience.
Josh’s unique combination of hands-on laboratory experience, commercial strategy, and advanced AI development helps bridge the gap between scientific expertise and innovative technology, supporting ARES Scientific’s continued growth and modernization.
