From his early days launching startups in college, where he earned a BS in Accounting, to his work as a financial auditor and now as CEO of Animal Care Systems, Robert has consistently focused on uniting people and driving organizational growth. A dedicated follower of the EOS System, he applies that same structure and passion to leadership and life. Outside the office, Robert is a father of three, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a lover of great food and coffee. He enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family and English Cream Retriever, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and reading.
