With powerful washing pumps, high flow rates, and effective spray pressure, these washers optimize water flow and pressure to ensure optimal cleaning performance. Two standard peristaltic pumps provide precise addition of liquid chemical agents, while an additional dosing pump is available upon request to meet specific wash requirements.

An electronic temperature control system with two independent probes guarantees cycle efficiency, maintaining a temperature of 93°C/199F. The HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system (available on select models) ensures complete drying of your glassware’s exterior and interior.

The LAB 500 Series is available in four configurations – SC, SCL, CL, and DRS – each with a unique set of features. The SC model features a stainless steel door, LED display, and 10 programs. The SCL model is available in both stainless steel and full glass door versions, with an LCD display, 40 programs, and an RS 232 port for printer or PC connection. The CL model includes a forced hot air drying system on two independent levels, while the DRS model includes the drying system and a 300 mm width lateral cabinet door for chemical storage, direct access to the drying filtering system, and direct access to the chemical dosing system.

All models include an integrated steam condenser to prevent vapors from entering the washing area, programmable from 0°C to 93°C (32°F – 200°F). Ergonomics telescopic bearing rails enable easy and safe loading and unloading of glassware. The RS 232 Port for printer connection allows for monitoring and validation of the washing cycle, while a USB port is available on select models for historical cycle data and machine parameters.
