The Benchmark Scientific C2000 PlateFuge™ is a compact microplate centrifuge designed specifically for fast PCR plate spin-down—often searched as a PCR plate centrifuge, PCR plate spinner, plate centrifuge, or microplate spinner. Its swing-out rotor pulls droplets and condensation to the bottom of each well so reaction mixes are properly collected for more consistent concentrations and improved yields before PCR/qPCR and other plate-based workflows.

In daily molecular workflows, the C2000 is ideal for quick spins after pipetting, sealing, transport, or thermal cycling—supporting PCR/qPCR setup, plate-based sample prep, and plate-format steps common in NGS library prep where well-bottom collection improves consistency between steps. It also supports many microtiter plate applications (plates up to 25 mm tall) where removing wall droplets can improve uniformity before timed incubations, including general assay workflows such as ELISA-style procedures.
